Visitors to our Website

When someone visits www.sunweliving.com  we use a third party service, Google Analytics and Adwords, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. Any personal data we store electronically is automatically encrypted to keep it safe.

Whenever you contact Sangyo Lighting, through whichever method, we will collect your email address. If you have not already opted in to receiving our newsletter, we will ask whether you would like to subscribe to our newsletter. If the answer is no, we will destroy any record of your email address unless it is still required for the fulfilment of an order or if there is any other legal basis for its retention.

 

Visitors to our Showroom

Our showroom uses CCTV for crime prevention purposes and to protect our staff and customers. It covers the upstairs and downstairs display areas as well as the pavement and kerbside immediately outside the premises. Footage is kept securely on site and is only visible to authorised Sangyo Lighting staff. It is kept for 5 weeks before being overwritten. We do not share CCTV images unless requested by appropriate law-enforcement agencies.
